  •     Brief Solution Focused

A cooperative and purpose-driven method for achieving psychotherapeutic transformation, concentrating on setting and attaining specific goals.

  •     Individual

Treatment to get you where you want to be in life. These sessions last for 50 minutes and meet on a weekly basis or as needed.

  •     Family

Including them in the treatment process can sometimes be the key to healing, as your family often has a significant impact on who you are and how you feel. Together, families can learn to overcome emotional challenges, communicate more effectively, and gain insights into complex family dynamics in a safe and supportive environment.

  •     Couples

We focus on helping partners work through difficulties together. These sessions last for 50 minutes and meet on a weekly basis or as needed.

  •     Group

Groups are a great way to add new skills to your toolkit, meet new people who share your experiences, reduce isolation and depression, and build or maintain your recovery.
