Mr. Raul Barragan specializes in guidance and support to early to mid-career professionals, entrepreneurs, parents returning to work, and individuals looking to pivot in their careers. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Raul works closely with his clients to help them identify their strengths and areas for development, set realistic goals, and develop strategies for success in their chosen fields.

Apart from his coaching practice, Mr. Barragan currently holds the position of Digital Advertising Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company, overseeing the management of three regional offices across Southern California. In this role, Raul is responsible for ensuring the success of all advertising sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with clients.

Additionally, Mr. Barragan serves as a Managing partner for Dr. Escalona Barragan & Associates. In this capacity, he provides expert leadership in developing and executing the practice's business strategy, creating and developing new business opportunities, and providing insights into effective marketing strategies.

Mr. Barragan shares his expertise and collaborates with other capacity-builders to strengthen the non-profit sector as a Board Member for Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3834. He’s been featured in the nationally recognized 2021 edition of We Are the Mighty’ s: Mighty 25 list, voted locally as Veteran of the Year for the 39th Assembly District in 2021, and has increased VFW Post 3834’s brand presence on the local and national stage.

Mr. Barragan has a passion for learning and personal growth, proven by earning a Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) from The USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, CA.
